Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 21:00 the Jingle Jam Singers present at the Oratory of S. Philip being Lomellini, 3rd choir festival GENOA MUSIC JAM.
Given the resounding success of last year, the event is presented for the third consecutive year with the aim of promoting the culture of singing and to enable an exchange between the various choirs.
will perform during this year's edition, the Choir of Lodi Barbarossa, The Choir augmented fourth, with the participation female quintet of "tea time" Vaiano, Lawn and of course the Jingle Jam Singers of Genoa.
The event is supported by the Municipality of Genoa Municipio1 Center East, the CIV of the Magdalene and the collaboration of the CIV and the Association Lomellini Oratorium.
The Jingle Jam Singers are a group polyphonic formed in June 1994 in Genoa, owe their name to the wide variety of repertoire learned through years of performances.
Today the choir has a staff of 30 items, 4 items and a director (Andrea Warriors), supported by three assistant teachers.
The Association has contributed its choral concerts to raise funds for charities such as ANED (Association National hemodialysis), the '
AIDO (Italian Association of Organ Donors), the Capuchin Missions of Liguria, the Association Macibombo-Together - Onlus, the Blue Cross of Castelletto, Manitese and Emergency.
The interest in young people to the choral music has gradually led to significant increase in the number of elements of the Jingle Jam Singers. Each year the choir increase dramatically, along with the desire to sing and entertain ... fun!
